Please note that each bag is hand-made and unique, often from vintage fabric combined with soft leather. 
Whilst every care is taken to ensure the highest quality, small imperfections may be present.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted.  A contract between you and Clare Allen for the sale of products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.  A delivery charge will be added to your order – see postage and packing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch.

Returns policy

An exchange or refund will be offered if goods you receive are faulty provided that the products are returned unused and with the original packaging and within 28 days.  When returning goods it is recommended that you obtain proof of posting. Any responsibility for parcels lost in transit lies with the customer.
